The Investment Legal Support Forum 2024 – 1st Semester
Based on the Synthesis Report of the Investment Legal Support Forum 2023, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) collaborating with the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre in Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) under command of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee continue organizing the Investment Legal Support Forum 2024 – 1st Semester (“ILS Forum 2024 – 1st Semester”) with the main theme of “Investment through private-public partnership method under new context of Ho Chi Minh City”.
The ILS Forum 2024 - 1st Semester will provide the participants with information and dialogue which focus on following topics:
- Choosing type of contracts and requests for guarding interests of the parties in the PPP’ contract;
- Enhancing the role of private sector in order to effectively implement PPP’s projects in Ho Chi Minh city.
