Aims to establish circumstances for local and international production and commercial companies to offer new products, equipment, and technologies, while also providing a chance for businesses to explore the market, identify partners, and develop their operations. EMA Vietnam 2024 will host 300 exhibitors representing a wide range of industries, including power, energy, industrial equipment, and automation. The Exhibition will feature product displays, B2B connection programs, and a series of thematic seminars, with over 10,000 specialized visitors, experts, and technicians from industrial parks in Binh Duong province, Ho Chi Minh City, Eastern, and Southwestern provinces expected to attend.

This is a great opportunity for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City to showcase and advertise their products and services, discover potential partners, establish trade ties, and expand their presence in the local market. The Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) respectfully invites businesses to participate in the Ho Chi Minh City Joint Pavilion at the Exhibition, providing the following information:

Venue: WTC EXPO International Exhibition Center - A19 Hung Vuong, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

Time: From May 8, 2024 to May 10, 2024.

Scale: Ho Chi Minh City Joint Pavilion with 50 booths.

Products on display: products of the electricity industry, energy, industrial equipment, automation,...

Participation: is open to enterprises, cooperatives, production and business establishments, as well as business associations, professional associations, and units established in accordance with current laws, operating in Ho Chi Minh City, and members of VEXA, provided they have appropriate industries and products.

Participation costs:

- The cost of renting a booth at the Exhibition: 30,000,000 VND/standard booth (VAT included), of which:

+ Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) support: 12,000,000;

+ Booth rental fee paid by businesses: 18,000,000 VND (VAT included).

- Each business is supported with a maximum of 01 booth.

- Enterprises are responsible for all other related costs (transportation costs, personnel costs, advertising costs, personal decoration costs, etc.).

Registration documents to participate in the program:

- Business registration certificate (photo, stamp of the unit);

- Participation registration form (attached form);

- Exhibition results report card (send to ITPC immediately after the end of the Exhibition).
