In a context that HCMC is in need of quickly and effectively attracting FDI capital to achieve the strategic targets by 2030, Investment and Trade Promotion Center of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) in collaboration with HCMC Institute of Development Research and HCMC Department of Planning and Investment holds a seminar on “Attracting FDI capital in HCMC in the period of 2023 – 2025 with a vision to 2030” specifically as follows:
